A Welcome Message from the Program Director of CEFOVID

Heartfelt greetings from CEFOVID beneficiaries and the entire community in which we operate.

CEFOVID is a registered caring Community Based Charity (Registration No. LUB/12/212). The Charity has all along been upholding a ‘Community-oriented’ approach, striving to provide members of the Vulnerable community with a wide range of welfare services, including social, and economic services for the Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Single mothers, widows, and the youths.

Our charitable services cover a range of preventive, nurturing, supportive and remedial measures towards sustainable outcomes. We seek to allocate resources to the most needy to meet their basic needs and help them move from vulnerability to self-reliance.

Currently, CEFOVID is an all volunteer, non-profit, independent organization that functions with minimal administrative costs, ensuring maximum funds are used for target causes.

Much of the resources that we currently use mostly depend on donations from Friends of CEFOVID, Local Volunteers, and the Charity Programs Director.

In the face of the ever increasing complex social and economic challenges,  I sincerely hope that more like-minded people; the public at large, the welfare sector and the Humanitarian community – both local and international – will continue to forge long term partnerships with CEFOVID so as to build-up a caring self-reliant society.

We thank you and appreciate your support.

Mr. Ronald Kamoga,
Programs Director
